In today’s episode Connor recaps his time in San Diego, Brandon’s new quick crash diet of no carbs and no fat diet is lit and he is looking to be in the single digits of body fat in a matter of days, the guys dream up a breast-milk-centered business and they spurt out some serious bulking knowledge for both new and experienced people.   Key Takeaways: [2:58] Brandon proposes a business venture where extra breast milk gets farmed out to bodybuilders, and the protein can be harvested into tasty cottage cheese or yogurt.
