In this second practice episode we dive into direct connection with our breath.

We begin by exploring the breath as a constant undercurrent of our experience and how that offers us a steady anchor to lean into at any moment and then discuss the way in which the breath is the connector between our conscious and unconscious. Breanna offers up an explanation for why we are intentionally working outside the mind itself for these first few practice offerings.

In the practice (13:27) we move through a practice of breath awareness through a three stage guided observation of the breath.

Then we wrap up the episode (27:50) with Breanna's personal insights and our self inquiry questions to deepen your experience.
