Welcome to Season Two of the Pathways Home Podcast. This season we are changing directions with the podcast and exploring unscripted musings and conversations, bringing on our first guests and diving deeper into our explorations of what it means to come home to ourselves.

In this first episode of season two, Breanna offers up her own unscripted dive into what "home" means to her, why its important to acknowledge that the journey is both inherent and lifelong, and why we feel continually called to come home to ourselves.

In this practice episode we are getting curious about the way our life force or prana moves through our systems. Beginning with a brief introduction to the concept of energetic anatomy and a description of the practice, Breanna then offers a practice (9:22) that focuses on the central column of our energetic anatomy (sushumna nadi) and coming into a direct experience of the current of energy moving through it. As always there is a discussion at the end of Breanna's own experience as well as self-inquiry prompts to deepen your experience (22:08).

Welcome back to our latest practice episode of the podcast. This month's practice is exploring our embodied awareness through the rotation of consciousness (often referred to as a body scan). In this episode we dive straight into exploring why the language of 'rotation of consciousness' vs 'body scan' matters, how this portion of the yoga nidra practice connects us with a deeper embodied experience and why it is such a soothing portion of the practice. The set up for the practice is explained (7:30) including ways to arrange the body and then you are guided through the practice itself (9:07) followed by my own personal insights from a month of daily practice (19:20) and ending with some self inquiry questions you can utilize to deepen your experience of working with the practice.

In this episode Breanna discusses the ways we can end up meandering off our pathways home, how normal this experience is, the choice to be compassionate to ourselves when it inevitably happens and most importantly, how to begin coming home to ourselves once again.
