Many of us might be aware that breathing can help reduce emotional pain (anxiety, etc), but did you know it can also help with physical pain? It might seem strange, since breathing is one of the most natural things that we do, but many of us have been breathing incorrectly for the majority of our lives. Breathing correctly can help us be stronger and happier! So how do you know how to breathe correctly?
