This is a meditation to help when there is pain in your body. Pain can be a challenging obstacle for many in meditation. It can be an unwelcome distraction and chronic pain especially can cause people to turn away from mindfulness altogether. However, in this meditation I will help you accept the pain and allow yourself to gently explore it. All things are ever-changing, even pain, and breathing into physical pain can help release tension and discomfort.
