Breathing Meditation for Focus

Welcome everyone. For this episode I did a little something different.
We will be enjoying a pranayama (breathing)meditation. We will be enjoying a segmented breath- taking the breath in for 4 second long sniffs/strokes and breathing it out in the same way.
When we segment the breath in this way it stimulates the pituitary gland in the center of the brain awakening your higher mind.
