I created a meditation for those of you who are on your healing journey. There are so many triggers that can come up when you have more awareness, and the key is to not suppress them but to be with them. To give it space, to give it room to breathe, to give it room to be seen and heard. This meditation will support grounding you in this moment and support you with relaxing.
