In this week's episode, I sit down with Ewan Corlett. Ewan is a therapist based in the U.K. Ewan shares his own journey of dealing with addiction, finding a men's group and going on a journey of healing through breathwork. Ewan and I discuss the value of attending men's groups and how that can enable transformation and growth. Ewan also shares his own experience of working with men and some of the tools he uses with his clients.
Ewan is a psychotherapist and men's coach with a key interest in trauma healing and the use of breathwork and somatics. Ewan's passion is working with men in doing the deep emotional work to guide men in healing their inner child, grieving past selves to embody the man that they want to be.
