If you are over 60 and living in County Roscommon, then perhaps you would like to help in changing things within the community for people in your age group. Roscommon LEADER Partnership recently announced an exciting new European funded Research Project for Roscommon, run with the support of the Family Resource Centre in Castlerea, which aims to promote inclusion, especially for the over 60’s. By coming together and telling your stories, your concerns, your wants and needs, a better more inclusive society and community can be achieved. Breege Callaghan, a retired Mental Health Nurse and Project Leader on this initiative, joined Adrianne in studio to discuss this latest research project, what it involves, and how people can get involved.
