In this episode I break down the situation with Brene Brown pausing her podcast on Spotify, Neil Young taking his music off spotify and I guess Joni Mitchell is leaving Spotify too or something. All to protest The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
I would be a hypocrite if I took a stance against boycotting and putting your money / art where it counts to support what you believe in, and that is the counter-argument people are using to say this is not censorship. The issue is that it goes much deeper than that and it is extremely meaningful in the battle for/against censorship.
