When I truly understand the grace of God I will understand that the way I love my neighbor is as important as the way I love my God. I will understand that God’s great desire isn’t just to save me, but to save us together.

Fellowship is essential to the health of a church. It needs to be guarded just as surely as our faith and doctrine need to be guarded. In Romans 14 Paul calls us to examine what we're willing to sacrifice so that we can fellowship with each other.

Whether we’re faced with temptation to sin, unforgiveness, anger or even failure, if we are not careful this world will burn us. We will be hurt. To survive we need to wrap ourselves in the very attitude and presence of the only man to make it out of this world alive.

Romans 13 calls us to “put on the Lord Jesus Christ.” In this message I talk about how that's done.

Romans 12 is all about being transformed into the people of God. Believe it or not, that might involve a chainsaw for you!

God has revealed himself to us through writing. No other belief system places the same emphasis on the written word as Christianity. Romans 10 reminds us that the message of faith is so important it belongs at the center of our lives.

Have you ever been presented with an offer and thought, “That’s too easy! There’s got to be a catch!” For many salvation by grace seems to be exactly that, so they try something else, something that will make them feel like they’ve EARNED heaven—that they deserve heaven.

But when we truly understand who Jesus is and why he gave his life then we see why salvation has to be a free offer.

Every now and then we feel that prompting to pray for someone and far too often we simply don't know what to do or what to say. Today I want to give you a few pointers on how to bring prayer into someone's life in their moment of need.

In 2014 the message our church will be presenting to the world around us is a simple one--just "Come and See." Come and see what God is doing here, what he is doing through us and what he can do for you.

Paul says, "For the grace of God has appeared!" With those words he announces the greatest gift we have received. Along with it, though, we find three gifts that help us through this life.

There are so many things in life we cannot be certain about. If we're not careful we will build our faith on some very unstable things. Instead, Paul fills this ONE verse with five unshakable convictions.
