Brett Tingley is a freelance Aerospace & Defence journalist who has published a series of articles for the Defence-Technology reporting platform ‘The Warzone’, focusing primarily on the exotic patents that emerged from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) under the inventor Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais, patents that are eerily similar to the ‘beyond next-generation’ performance capabilities of purported UFOs, or what are more commonly referred to by the United States Government as ‘Unidentified Aerial Phenomena’ (UAP).
