Right in the heart of Bruges, Belgium sits Brewery De Halve Maan, meaning 'the half moon'. Since 1856, six generations of the same family have made their mark on what is now the taste of Bruges! Rooted in tradition and respect for brewing culture, they keep on innovating too, and sustainability is key, so that future generations can keep on enjoying their beers. 

Steve Snauwaert, Export Director for De Halve Maan joins Derrick and Jonathan for this episode. Steve just happened to be in the States at the time!

The De Halve Maan brewery has weathered the storm for five centuries, and is now the only brewery in Bruges (there was once many, many more). Just wait until you hear all about their beer pipeline!
