Beer school! Is that even a thing ? It actually is. We take a deep dive into a professional brewing education with Lead Instructor Steve Parkes of the American Brewers Guild in Middlebury Vermont.  The standards in the industry are the highest beer has ever seen. Products are getting better and the consumer is becoming ever more detailed with their palette. This has pushed people to take the art of making beer and the science of making beer more serious.

This episode we talk about all the topics covered in the program, along with other perks of being an alumni. Having an education can be a more stable platform to jump off of. Hear about some of our experiences as former graduates  of the program and its application to our project.
