  • Ep. 7 JEFF BLACK | The Art of Winning

The greats in sport or business will tell you the same thing - winning is fun. Everything in life is better when you're winning. If you look at these specific people who have been at the top of their game, industry, etc, you'll find clues on how they became labeled as "the greats." When you piece it all together, it's quite an art.

In today's episode I'm joined by the one and only Jeff Black! We discuss the art of winning and how failure, mindset, and relationships all play into becoming a habitual winner.
Jeff is a guy who fell in love with bodybuilding in hopes to overcome osteogenesis imperfecta, aka brittle bone disease which has led him to helping others pursue their best health and fitness for the last 18 years. Jeff is soon to be published author and is bringing awareness to brittle bone disease and mental health! In his own words "just a guy who's happy to be here and if the world's a little crooked, I'm looking to make that picture a little bit straighter before I go."

  • Ep. 5 TAYLOR WING | Find Financial Freedom Through Real Estate

There are many types of investing and many ways to get started. Some of the easiest ways that everyone talks about would be buying a few shares of a stock on Robinhood or some ETH on Coinbase. We'd probably all consider this entry-level. When we think of investing into real-estate we think it is a far stretch from where we are right now. But, what if I told you otherwise?

In this episode I'm joined by Taylor Wing! Taylor is finishing up his time in the military and transitioning to full-time real estate where he owns 30+ rentals, flips homes, creates tech for the industry, and mentors people who want to get started in real-estate. We discuss how Taylor got started, where he is at now, how easy it is to begin, and breaking down the barrier to entry!
