Paris has always been associated with art but actually, in terms of art sales, it has not truly been a global capital since before the Second World War, after which London and New York nabbed the top spots. Now, the City of Light is making a comeback as a centre for contemporary art and some of that is owing to the looming Brexit. Elena Casas reports from Paris.
