uvāca sādaraṁ rājā

parīkṣin mātṛ-vatsalaḥ

śrutāty-adbhuta-govinda-

kathākhyāna-rasotsukaḥ

“Śrī Jaimini said: King Parīkṣit, feeling affection for his mother, answered her respectfully, eager to enjoy recounting the wonderful narrations he had just heard about Lord Govinda.”
