vasanti ca tapo-loke

prabhuṁ nārāyaṇaṁ vinā

anāthānām iva kṣemaṁ

vahantas tan-nivāsinām

They live on Tapoloka, where they give reassurance and security to the residents, who at times feel helpless in the absence of their Lord Nārāyaṇa.
