Nuestro invitado de hoy es Brian York, CEO y cofundador de Cubbo, una startup de micro fulfillment para ayudar a los e-commerce con inventarios y que puedan hacer sus entregas más rápido.

Brian nació en Colombia pero fue adoptado por una pareja estadounidense y vivió gran parte de su vida en Estados Unidos, lanzó varias startups y después decidió buscar sus raíces, es por eso que se mudó a Colombia donde lanzó Liftit, una startup que creció por varios años y de la que salió el año pasado para lanzar Cubo. En la entrevista hablamos de las dificultades de tener que cerrar un negocio, de su pasado oscuro como contador y de que fue lo que lo llevó a entrar al mundo de los startups. Este es nuestro primer episodio completamente en inglés así que espero que lo disfrutes.

 

Hello Fundadores! Our guest in today's episode is Brian York, CEO and Co-founder of Cubbo, a micro fulfillment startup that helps e-commerce owners manage their stock and have faster shipping. 

Brian was born in Colombia but adopted by an American couple and lived most of his life in the United States, he launched various startups and then decided to go back to his roots and moved to Colombia where he launched Liftit, this startup grew for a couple of years but he left a year ago to launch Cubbo. In this interview, we talk about the difficulties of having to shut down a business, about his dark past as an accountant, and what was the thing that made him enter the entrepreneurial world. This is our first episode fully in English so I hope you guys can enjoy it.
