Gonna get a little personal this week.  Today I'm taking a break from the interviews and going to talk a little bit about my own story.  I want to talk about mental, emotion, and physical burnout.  If you've ever personally felt that way, this episode will hit home for you.  In this episode, I'll be talking about what burnout means for most of the world and how it has personally affected me in my daily life.
