Dawood moved to Florida upon completing an Honours Degree in Business Administration at the University of Windsor, Canada. At the height of the downturn in the Florida market in 2008, Dawood was presented with an incredible opportunity to team up with a real estate developer to market Florida properties to Canadian investors. His specialty covers all facets of real estate including luxury resale properties such as condos, homes, estates, and townhouses, ground-up new developments/conversion sales and marketing, site acquisitions, investment sales to assisting in interior design. Amongst his latest endeavours has been launching The Azur Resort which helps domestic & international buyers find primary and secondary residences for investment, vacation/second, and retirement homes in Florida.
Deep has been living in Orlando for the last 30 years and has been in real estate since 2005, using his real estate experience and his local expertise in the Orlando market to help Buyers find their next home or commercial investment property. He has had the privilege to work with hundreds of clients from the US, UK, Canada and various other places from around the world. He has helped many families find their home or their first investment property they were looking for. As an Orlando property guru, he pledges to always listen to the needs of his clients and help manage their real estate transactions with complete satisfaction. Deep's newest venture will present 126 modern boutique style vacation rental Townhomes in the Disney Area with delivery of the first release of townhomes in late summer 2021.
