3. Jesus challenges the logic of His culture which is a contradiction unto itself. (you will do the work of a circumcision on the Sabbath but want to kill me for making someone’s whole body well). Are we discerning of our own culture’s contradictions?

4. Jesus challenges the crowd to look a deeper than the surface. He calls them to judge with right judgment. What are the implications for us?
