This week we got the Old Grape God with us, a name and brand that certainly rings out to this city's rap scene && beyond. We talked about Vol. 10 of his Time Travel 444 mixtape series (he's dropped a mixtape every month of 2019 thus far), his overall creative processes for writing music, painting, embroidering, collaborating, etc. All that and more takes place at around the 45 minute mark after we wrap up talking about the new Benny/Smoke Dza EP, new music from Gang Starr, Ghetto Sage, Dame DOLLA && more!

This episode was full of laughs and well-said discussion. Shit we even gossiped a lil bit. KAYELA TO THE MF J joined the mf studio today, && I gotta be real here when I say that the star-power radiating off her was brighter than anyone I've interviewed yet - REGARDLESS of numbers.

Lets get to the important stuff: we talk Affiliated (@26MIN) , an album by Compton-to-Canada duo LNDN Drugs. It dropped last week, we (I, Dev) slept, and we had to double back b/c the album is absolutely nuts. Top 5 this year. Somehow, Damian Lillard && Shaq are beefing and sending diss tracks so we had to break that one down (@30MIN), and eventually get to our DANNY BROWN REVIEW (@41-50MIN). From that point forward (Boris Diaw), it's the Kayela to the MF J hour. Thanks again, week in, week out, showin the love. We are working rly hard. We need y'all! Click the Link in My Bio! Love, (Dev.)
