Thomas Cooper is the National Technical Director at WSP in Australia, specialising in Bridges, Aviation, and Roads. As a Technical Director in the Complex Bridge Group, he operates out of the Denver office, serving the Mountain States and Western U.S. regions, while also acting as the international liaison for the U.S. Structures group. Thomas has been the Structures Design Lead on the I-90 Track Bridge System & Prototype project from its inception and provides bridge design services for the East Link Extension project, focusing on the installation of Track Bridges. His expertise and leadership are pivotal in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
