Years ago, sometime between 1988 and 1994, I reached a breakthrough in understanding what it means to be truly present — to be "in the moment." Along the way, I discovered how this idea connects deeply with the concept of being grounded.

In this episode, I’ll share a pivotal part of my journey, where I used biofeedback and brainwave monitoring to uncover what being present really feels like and how it can transform our sense of grounding.

On the 19th of September I was honored to be on a panel discussion about how to reduce suicide in our society.   I chose to focus my contribution on my experience with men's work over the years and how over 70% of the suicides are by men but we seldom have a discussion on that specifically. our society will tolerate a discussion about both genders or just about women but seldom do you hear just the conversation about the biggest group that commits suicide. this podcast focuses on both life and business and since this month is focusing on suicide prevention I felt this was a timely topic.
