After a short break, Jacqui and Alice have returned with sky-high ambitions to pick through the world of veterinary medicine in more detail than ever before!

They discuss what's been happening for the past few years, Jacqui's multiple job shuffles, the joys of working full time and trying to raise a family, and why vets sometimes make the worst pet owners.

Bright, Alert, Responsive is a podcast created by two female general practice veterinarians located in NSW, Australia. This is not in any way, shape or form an informative podcast on how to be a vet. In fact, after listening you'll probably be more confused than ever on how to do a hindquarter amp - but what you lose in knowledge, you'll hopefully make up for in that lovely, inexplicable sensation of belonging to a group of people who do an insane job, in a haphazard but loving way, and make up a lot of it as they go along (but just don't tell the general public this) - Enjoy!
