The asteroid roughly 10 km across hit Earth over 60 million years ago. One of the most devastating consequences was the mass extinction that wiped out 80% of all animal species. Its crater is now hidden below the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. But what if it landed in some other spot?

Many years ago, a huge asteroid found the worst possible angle and place where it could land on Earth. But let's imagine the asteroid falling in another place – somewhere in the middle of the ocean. Huge waves flooded part of the land, but almost all kinds of dinosaurs survived. Or even better – the rock could have fallen somewhere in the desert and left behind a giant crater. Who would dominate the planet today and would we be able to develop as humans?

You're sailing on a yacht and the ocean is calm and beautiful. You have nothing to worry about... Until suddenly the water turns dark and the so-called 'rogue waves' start forming. What are they? And why are they considered to be the most dangerous and terrifying waves out there? Why should we be afraid of the rogue waves?
These are some of the questions about the ocean I'm gonna answer in this video. The ocean remains largely unexplored and it's time to get to know it better: mysterious phenomena, ocean waves formation and what makes sailors scared. Spoiler: you'll get to know what 'kinetic vampirism' is!

How did the dinosaurs go extinct? ? Could dinosaurs still be alive? Why did the asteroid hit Earth? There're so many questions when it comes to the Dino world. Scientists still keep looking for answers. Recently it's been revealed that the giant asteroid could be visible in space 1 year before it hit our planet. Could the collision be prevented? What exactly could be seen in the night sky? ?

It's 66 million years before today - the last days of the Mesozoic era. An asteroid slams into the planet with enormous force. The impact leaves a crater that's more than 100 miles across. The crash sets off a series of natural disasters that erase 80% of life on Earth. It’s the very asteroid that’s going to finish off dinosaurs. All the creatures close enough to see the crash, don't survive for longer than a few seconds - so powerful the hit is.
More than 30,000 objects that are circling Earth these days can potentially strike our planet. NASA considers around 1,500 of them "potentially hazardous." These space rocks are the remains left after the Solar System was formed some 4.6 billion years ago. If one of these objects hits our planet, the consequences will be unpredictable. They can vary from shattered glass and broken windows to all life forms getting wiped off the face of the earth. Unfortunately, in our case, it's likely to be the second option. In 2004, astronomers discovered a huge asteroid nearing Earth...

Asteroid strikes don't happen often, so when they do, it's memorable! Like the one that wiped out all the dinosaurs! ?? But that doesn't mean asteroids have stopped flying near our planet. In fact, some of them fly by a little too close for comfort! But get this: there are near Earth asteroids that are getting closer and closer over time! So, are we due for an epic dinosaur-style collision, or can we do something to prevent these giant space rocks from smashing into our planet? ?

If our universe came from “nothing”… then who created that nothing? What even is nothing? In this thought-provoking video, we explore the mystery of how existence could arise from emptiness. We break down what scientists mean by “nothing,” how quantum physics says empty space isn’t really empty, and why some theories suggest the universe could create itself.
