In this episode, I welcome in Christian as she shares with us her journey to becoming a “full time friend”. She discovered how her biggest struggles became her biggest strengths, and learned to let the Lord guide her step by step. With every step she learned how to let go of the idea she had growing up of christianity being a “slave mentality” and broke into having a genuine relationship with Jesus.

What is a missionary? It might sound like a basic topic, but it's a needed one. With so much "controversy" and opinions surrounding the topic, I thought it was important to cover what it truly means to be a missionary. I cover three questions, What is a missionary, are we all missionaries, and is a missionary better than other jobs?

Today I am interviewing Michelle Franzen, who, along with her husband Rich is a cofounder of Impact Africa, a ministry that is so close to my heart. I served there as a year and a half as an intern and it seriously shaped my opinion of missions and my walk with the Lord.
