It’s been a while since I’ve read or seen the series. Let’s see how much I remember!

Starting out on bookstagram/booktube is not easy, but it is easy to compare yourself to other creators. April 5th will make a month of me being apart of this community and I’ve already engaged so much with a few book bloggers. When I first started I swore I’d never do a pretty book photo just for likes, I wanted to rebel against having a theme for my profile and basically go against all the advice they give in the videos. I wanted to be original and bring something new to the table. Buuuut I ended up liking pretty book photography because it allows me to be creative and express myself. But I find myself comparing myself a lot, and I know it’s common but I still shouldn’t do it. .

With all that being said. I realized that I loved this more than I thought. I can be myself and I am so thankful for the people I’ve met so far and interact with on the daily. I’d never expected to be so happy. .
