Good manners do not start in the classroom with teachers and assistant principles and principles. Good manners start at home with parents, aunts, uncles siblings and grandparents.

As parents, we sometimes forget that we are our children's first teachers, and if we want them to be better people in the world when we are not around we have to set the foundation in the standard at home. There is no reason why your child doesn't understand how to speak to adults or authority, there is no reason why your child does not know what to wear to an interview and when meeting other parents, your child's verbiage must change.

It's a respect level, is a standard and there should be integrity and everything that they do. And if you want a better human being, leaving your house every day you have to help them become who you would like them to be. And this is what this episode is about. I'm all about parents who take accountability for what they did not foster in order to bloom.
