This episode right here is so overdue. It's not a woman's issue only and it's not a mens issue only. It's all of us. Some people were raised in a two part home that was toxic. ME !!!!!! I had more mental peace at times living primarily with my mom. My physical and emotional abuse what for other reasons. I just need people to stop acting like marriage is the cure. Two healthy parents is the cure, people who want to do their individual work will create a great home for kids. In todays episode that is the topic.

Pour into all kids, love, confidence, encouragement and spend time doing what they like. Weekly check in's are important, knowing who their friends are. Make sure you see their face directly twice a day. Moody teens are normal but all the time? Look into that. This episode is really talking about body changes in both and tips on balance.

Teens need Dad and Mom. Mentors are needed and trusted people in your circle.

Body awareness is important.

Adulting these days is hard to do, I can only imagine being a teen in today's pressures. The illusion of a good life vs. reality. There are a lot of teens making faster, better money than adults... but are they missing the process? Are those teens showing how things are hindering them? Probably not.

Pre-teens lose hope and that has to be a space where parents let them grow. No matter what we do sometimes as parents it's not enough to please kids. Be available and easy to talk to and you should be okay.
