Janelle Ciara is a Nottingham-based DJ, presenter and one of the founders of the Next Gen Movement, the group who organised the massive Black Lives Matter protests in Nottingham over the summer. She talks to us about organising that, finding your purpose in a lockdown world and how to stand up for what you believe in.
