Anyone who has had any interest in exploring personal development would have come across the technique of meditation. We thought it would be an excellent topic for our first episode as meditation has become the new ‘buzz word’ of the 21st century.
Jess doesn't meditate and finds it quite boring, she wants to know what all the hype is about. Tam does meditate - a lot! She feels passionate that meditation is an essential tool that everyone needs in their wellness basket.
