This is BY FAR my favorite podcast episode to date and probably because I just needed a little bit of inspiration in my life as I head into this next chapter of motherhood. I sat down to chat with Ali Levine, momma of two and recently a successful VBAC momma. She shares all the details on her recent birth, acclimating to being a mom to two adorable girls and resources for vbacs and advocating for yourself.
After Dr. Ginni Gross experienced a tremendous shift in her health and well being, she developed a passion for changing the course of healthcare in our community. After years of problematic digestive issues, taking multiple prescription drugs, and undergoing invasive medical procedures, she was thankfully introduced to an alternative solution. Through chiropractic, her body was able to heal without drugs or surgery. Dr. Ginni has a reputation for helping people relieve their pain and regain their active lifestyle, quickly. She utilizes a specific, gentle, and effective technique called Network Spinal Care. Network Spinal uses a strategy that unwinds tension in the spinal cord as well as throughout the entire nervous system. This enables the patient the opportunity to experience MORE of what they truly want their lives to be – with less tension, pain, and disease.
We chat about everything from the webster technique used during pregnancy to her newly created Bio Emotional Integration(BEI) technique.
Episode 13 is jam packed with pregnancy and chiropractic treatment gems by Dr. Stephanie Wigner. Dr. Steph owns and operates the leading pediatric and prenatal chiropractic office at the Jersey Shore, with two locations. Circle of Life Chiropractic specializes in helping women from the preconception period forward well into their postpartum journey. Outside of health and wellness, Dr Steph enjoys helping other women entrepreneurs scale their businesses. In her down time you can find her relaxing on the beach with a book in hand.
We chat about everything from why does someone need an adjustment to what makes her office different than others to the Webster technique during pregnancy. Listen in HERE.
