As a young nurse, I saw many people die. What I learned is how precious life is. Patients kept telling me, "Don't wait til you're older to enjoy life. Enjoy it now." During this time, journaling was my safe space. As a young woman, most of my journaling consisted of shedding the feelings I was processing and moving through. As I got older and began to study success, the journaling became more intentional. On this episode, I'll share how to develop an "energetic vibration journaling practice." When you pair this with meditation, there's nothing more powerful. Journaling and meditation keep you grounded and connected with who you actually are. I'll show you the intentional journaling process I bring my clients through. This process can give you clarity about whether to stay at your job, move on, upgrade, or go in a different direction.
The practice I'm about to share with you can literally save your life. When I had breast cancer, journaling was one of the daily practices that saved mine. It helped me get to the bottom of the emotional pain I'd been sweeping under the rug for my entire professional career. When we ignore what our souls are telling us, the body gets involved. But you don't have to wait until your body rebels or breaks down to hear what your soul is telling you! Today, I'll be sharing how you can adopt a journaling practice (with a very special tool I've just created!) I can't wait to unveil it! If you're suffering emotionally, mentally, or physically – you're going to want to tune in today!
I'm passionate about getting experts to help me do the hard things in life, because life is short and time is the one thing we can never get back. Tonight on Facebook, my partner Coach Stacey and I will be sharing: - Why professional women say no to receiving help - How to avoid spending the next 30 years trying to advance your career - Why women don't think we're worth investing in - Why we're afraid of both spending money and asking others for opinions We'll also share what to do about it all, so you don't rob yourself of precious time.
This week I discuss how to tell if you have job trauma and how to heal from it. So many of my clients have suffered from job trauma and didn't even know it. In fact, they actually thought they were just burned out. I share how job trauma can masquerade as burnout and exactly what causes job trauma, whether you have it, and how to heal it!

Together, we will provide valuable insights on determining the opportune moment to seek professional assistance in propelling yourself and your career forward. At some point in everyone's journey, the decision of whether to invest significant time and effort in self-learning—through reading books, listening to podcasts, or watching YouTube videos—or to enlist the expertise of a professional, arises. It's a choice that confronts us, to some degree, on a daily basis.
Have you ever found yourself constantly working tirelessly, driven by an underlying desire to prove your worth? Were you raised with the belief that the only way to succeed is by sacrificing your own needs for the sake of others? I recently had the opportunity to work with two clients, Jen and Nadia, who both faced similar challenges. Jen was struggling with self-doubt, questioning her own value and ability to move forward.
Meanwhile, Nadia, who had been aiming for her dream job, found herself in the emergency room instead. Your well-being holds immeasurable value and has longevity that surpasses any career ambitions. During the session, we will reveal a proven formula that both Jen and Nadia used to break free from the detrimental conditioning that led them to overwork and neglect their own self-care. Remember, your health is priceless, and it deserves your attention. :arrow_right: Is this resonating with you?

Many of us watched our mothers work themselves into the ground to make money. We watched them sacrifice themselves and their own well-being, year after year. So what do we typically do? We follow suit. And the results are devastating. This is why I was so determined to break that generational curse. Tonight I'm going LIVE with my children, Taylor and Adam, to share how you don't have to work the way your mother did to honor her legacy. You'll see how my kids watched me grow as a professional woman… How they reacted when I started prioritizing my soul… And how they are now thriving because of the choices I made to put myself first.
