Denise Conner, Family Source Consultants' Surrogate Support Manager meets with Christina who shares the story of her surrogacy journey as an FSC surrogate and being diagnosed with a brain tumor midway through her journey. She opens up about her delivery, recovery, and new way of life after retiring from the Army National Guard, and diagnosis.

For her first journey, Lisa carried for a lovely gay international couple, during Covid! International arrangements have their own level of complexity, and to have Covid occur during it, Lisa and her international parents adapted and are still close today.

Her second journey was less dramatic without the pandemic as she carried for a wonderful straight domestic couple.

Lisa shares everything about the differences and variety of her journeys, how she explained to her children what surrogacy is, and advice for amazing women interested in becoming surrogates.
