We are getting real today folks! Today Jamie Lyn and I are going to talk about bringing the light into darkness! There is going to be some revelation light released today to get healed and overcome the dark night of the soul.  We are talking about depression today and with the residue of the quarantine it could be a double whammy for some of those who are already suffering from depression. Now we know that almost everyone feels down from time to time but when their circumstances or situation changes they get better but that's not what we are talking about here. Depression doesn't leave it is severe sadness, despair, hopelessness… it interferes with every area of life sleeping, eating, working, even playing for those who suffer from it.
