This is happening real time now. These are not just events in history. When we start tracking with the Lord's seasons our eyes are opened and we will see how these things will unfold in our lives.
In Duet. 16 God is establishing the Feasts because He is reminding the people of the big picture.
‘The Fall Feasts’ are in the Hebraic month ‘Tishri’ and they consist of:
1. Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets)
2. Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement)
3. Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles)
This is a New Year, the ‘Head of the Year’ on God’s calendar, now we have one in America that we are used to, it’s January, we all take that time to reflect on our think about:
· The things we can change,
· Re-evaluate things and
· Ask ourselves what we could have done better,
· What it was that we didn’t do that we will do this year,
· Things we can improve on and implement like; go to the gym, lose weight, go to church more, pray more, and tithe more.
I know a lot of Christians say these feasts are “Jewish” feasts and not for us as Christians, but we just read in Leviticus 23 they are the Lord’s feasts or festivals. They are very important to Him, so they should be important to us.
The Lord said to Moses, “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: These are my appointed festivals, the appointed festival of the Lord, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies. Vs. 4 “These are the Lord’s appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times and vs. 23 The Feasts of Trumpets: The Lord said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites: “On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of Sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts. 25 Do no regular work, but present a food offering to the Lord.
There is so much going on in the unseen/eternal realm right now that we must tap in! It is all of heaven decreeing a fresh presence of the Lord being released into the earth. JUMP IN!

Wake Up! This is an appointed time with the Lord!
We are unlocking truths in God’s word as we learn about the times and seasons of the Lord. We the church have lost our Jewishness but there’s an awakening going on, we are tapping into all our benefits as we celebrate the feasts of the Lord and getting into His timing. The Jews are God’s first people BUT we need to remember that we are grafted in! Our spiritual roots are tied in w/His covenant people – the Israelites. God is restoring us to our covenant Jewish roots as this happens we are being prepared for the days ahead.
Welcome to the prophetic month of Tishri, Tishri starts a New Year on the Jewish calendar.
The month of Tishri, more than any other month of the year, is a month of God’s appointed times. God wants us to recognize His redemptive plan for each month.
We have entered into the Jewish New Year and the 10 ‘Days of awe’ and the feast (festivals) of the Lord.
This is a month of the “Fall Feasts” returning to God and experiencing His glory.
The Fall Feasts consist of:
Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets
Yom Kippur
Feast of Tabernacles – Sukkot
We go through this journey all year long so we can stay in a right relationship with the Lord and stay on His schedule.
The feasts are not a “Jewish” thing; they are part of our inheritance. Leviticus 23:1-2

The Month of Elul
Every year during the biblical month of Elul the Jews blow the shofar everyday for forty days, they do this as a call to the beloved. Something supernatural happens when the trumpeting, awakening sound is released into the atmosphere as the shofar is blown.
We are answering the call to blow the shofar for forty days until ‘Yom Kippur’; which is the ‘Day of Atonement’ to arise and burn for the Lord again, to be filled with the zeal of the Lord and for His house.
God says when I hear you blowing the shofar; “I will remember you and your enemies will be defeated”! As we do this we will release the sound over our lives, our children’s lives (call them out by name), grandchildren (by name), our jobs, business and finances or whatever God shows us.
On this Journey we are preparing our hearts for the Feast Season; ‘The High Holy Days’, ‘The Days of Awe’, ‘Yom Kippur’ and ‘Sukkot’ also called ‘Feast of Tabernacles’ this is a Moadim; we are in a divine appointment with God.
You may say, “I’m not Jewish, I’m a Christian” I don’t have to celebrate the feasts. You are right, you don’t have to but these are not Jewish Feasts; they are God’s feasts according to Lev. 23:1-2, “The Lord said to Moses, say to the Israelites, the set feasts or appointed seasons of the Lord which you shall proclaim as holy convocations, even My set feasts… “ They are very important to God. So let’s get all our benefits!
Jesus came to fulfill the law not to abolish it.
It is important to know Jesus attended all the feasts because He knew there were blessings attached to them.
Elul is an amazing opportunity to gain understanding through knowing God more through His word. The word of God is given to us to learn and to grow. We are discovering what our portion of our inheritance connected to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob all through the blood of Jesus.
When we sound the shofar we will confuse our enemies and they will flee! Let’s give the devil a black eye.

I don’t know about you but I have a calendar that I just about live my life by. It tells me what’s going on, it tells me what’s coming up, tells me what to prepare for. God’s calendar is made up of times and seasons, it tells us what to get ready for in order to release our faith on what is in that time frame. If we track with Him in this we will learn how to move in wholeness in our body, soul and spirit because He is speaking through this time frame. God wants us aligned with Him in covenant. He wants to understand that we are His bride and embrace it and have revelation of it in ways we haven’t had before. He wants us to have what He has given to us. He wants us to take it and advance His work on the earth.
Each month on God's calendar we study the characteristics and a Hebrew tribe so that we can track with Him. The Tribe for this month is Rueben. And each tribe was named after Israel’s sons and Rueben was the first-born, Gen. 29:31 Reuben comes from the root word “to see”. We really need to make sure we guard our heart and our eyes. What we watch, what we look at, “what are we focusing on?’ This one commentary I was reading said, “See only that which is good and modest (in the world in general and in our fellow man in particular).The ability to guard and focus one’s eyesight correctly is the rectified (correct, put right, refine or purify)“sense” of sight. Focus on the GOOD!
The scripture for this month is Duet. 11:26 “Behold (see) I set before you today a blessing and a curse; the blessing is life and good; the curse would be death and evil.”
Duet. 30:15-19, “See, therefore I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you possess. “But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear and are drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. I call heaven and earth as a witness today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live.”
Basically what this is saying, see good, see life, “train your eyes” rectified eyesight. See good and choose it and you will not be miserable.For the children of Israel Tammuz is historically known for tragedy, say, ‘Not for me’. We are going to make each day of this a “Day of Destiny”. Have vision, new vision, and new eyes. You might want to look at some things again. You might have missed something; you may see some things you haven’t seen before. Ask God to show you.
