God the Father laughs! The reason He laughs is that He is mocking our enemy who is trying to mess with His plans of His people! When we get filled with joy and start laughing, we are saying to the enemy that we have his number and Our God is bigger than any problem he may send our way!  Joy scriptures that will take you to a new level in joy! Ps 37:11, Job 8:21
