As part of the 100 year anniversary of the Negro Leagues, i had been asked to interview some artists taking part in the fundraiser for the Negro League Museum (NBLMart.com) and i had the absolute pleasure of speaking to contemporary artist Bart Cooper (IG - b_art1) about his inspirations, art growing up, his style and who he's drawing and why for the Negro League fundraiser event. After seeing his work on Instagram, i knew i had to speak to this talented individual and we had a great chat before the camera started rolling. Be sure to check out his incredible work on Instagram as mentioned above and why not check out his websites for more jaw dropping artwork. www.bartcooperart.com www.mdbybartcooper.com you can find all the incredible artists and their work for the fundraiser at www.NLBMart.com thanks Bart, you were superb.
