Britt co-founded BDV Solutions with her husband in Greenville, South Caroline, at her kitchen table more than 10 years ago. For a number of years, BDV focused specifically on EB-3 “unskilled” labor.

In 2021, New York-based private equity firm Astara Capital Partners LLC acquired a majority stake in the company, and now they’ve expanded to help American businesses access untapped networks of global talent across multiple visa categories.
