I remember working with Laura on an outside broadcast for the 'Bollywood' awards years ago, having kept in contact realised what an all rounder she was and so reached out to her to see if she'd be interested in a podcast - glad she agreed.

With over 13 years experience, Laura has worked as a 3D  Design Specialist and Trainer, Senior Designer and Creative  Media Manager within the design industry. As a passionate  designer with a devotion to learning, Laura has developed  a working knowledge of numerous design software and her  professional experiences have developed her knowledge  of processes, work flows, tools and methodologies in  interactive, video and design solutions.

Laura also works as a freelance designer and photographer  under the name Defining Beauty where she can explore  personal projects, up-skill and continue her development in varied mediums.

We were mutual members of a LinkedIn group for media professionals and responded to my post - we arranged the podcast interview and it was great to have input from a design angle.

He started off his studies with Illustration with Animation and we talk about the fundamentals of moving on from education into the media industry in general, Lefteris explains we did the video interview with him using his dSLR as the video camera - that's a first for me and ingenious way to improve quality!
