FELINE FRIDAY This week we have adorable, adoptable Indy from Judge's Park Small Animal Rescue!

Indy is about 2 years old. He was picked up as a stray & is much too friendly to go back to living on the streets. He wants to be friends with everyone he meets immediately!

His foster mom says “Indy is an adorable tuxedo with the sweetest face to match his even sweeter personality. Despite his tough beginning, he LOVES people. He loves to snuggle and is a true lap cat, always on a lap, chest or as close as he can get! He will give a warning nibble when he’s doing with pets or just not in the mood. For this reason we believe a home without children would be best for him.

Although we do believe this will decrease with time as he becomes more comfortable, he needs to know petting will always be there for him now and that’s a good thing. He was found in fairly rough shape living outside on his own during the frigid winter. Thankfully, he was taken in and has just blossomed into the sweet cat he is quickly given love, warmth and food.

Now Indy is unique in that he is FIV+, but we know that isn’t anything to worry about! Fiv+ cats can lead long fulfilling lives. Indy will make some people the absolute best addition to their family. He is neutered, negative for Felv, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed.
