Turn with me to the Book of Judges chapter 13-16 as we embark on Samson and Delilah. Y'all, sometimes, the power is straight up in the hair on your head. 

Yall I am so excited to go through the Book of Esther. It's the perfect Ten Chapter story in my opinion. Come on in. Let's go on a journey together.

Happy Valentine's Day!! On this day of Love, I would like to go over the Book of Ruth. Because we all want a Boaz in our lives. Well...actually...some people LIKE being single and fierce. And if that's you, I ain't mad atcha! *handclap* But if you do have someone or desire to share your life with someone, we are going to pray that your person is a BOAZ! This one's short and sweet.

Alright y'all. We are going through all the stories in Exodus. Buckle up. It's about to get cray in here! We got the Israelites multiplying like crazy, Pharaoh trying to stop their growth. Moses being saved in growing up. He gets called to the Ministry to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. And boy it's not easy. God sends a whole bunch of plagues and FINALLY Pharaoh says they can go. And then we cover what happens after that. In this book of the Bible, we are also introduced to the Ten Commandments and the Ark of the Covenant. Grab yo Bible and some notebook paper. Let's gooo!

Hey hey hey! This is Genesis Chapters 37 through 50 (the end). It's basically the story of Joseph and his brothers and all the drama. An exciting ride and I love how Joseph forgives his bros at the end of the day...even though they wanted to kill him but ultimately decided to sell him off into slavery. It was exactly what needed to happen to make his literal dreams come true which ended up being the biggest blessing his family could have asked for. The end of Genesis sets us up for next week saying that the twelve tribes of Israel (Jacob) were now living in Egypt (and known as the Israelites.) It's the perfect way to end Genesis because Exodus will pick right up (like 400 years later) where we left off with the Israelites. 

Welcome back to whatever this podcast is called. We have this episode and next week's episode until we close out Genesis. This episode we are talking about Jacob and Esau and that twin rivalry! Whew! It's getting dramatic in here! Jacob better run for his life honey!
