There are so many different ways to work within Supercross. I do not believe though that a majority are spoken of or are overlooked. In fact, one of the jobs within Supercross is being a mechanic, something that many pass up when they put time with their family in front of a busy race schedule 6 months out of the year. Yet there are those that are able to manage it and hats off to those men and women that do it and do it well.

Today's guest started out as a mechanic but is now in a different position that is not so hard on the body. With 11 years within the racing scene, it was great to catch up with my good friend Broc Urban. From a short racing career to wrenching for some big names in the industry, Broc has kept busy each year with Supercross teams.

Now a driver for different Supercross teams, Broc stays busy making sure that the team arrives at the next race and helps any way he can to make life easier for the Pro Athletes.
