Sometimes pain can be caused by ourselves and has individuals we have every right to stop the pain. We can say no to been physically and emotionally abused. We can stand up for ourselves and walk away be brave to be that person who says No

In this episode I explore how one can overcome pain from anything they have been through. Sometimes has people we go through so much pain and turn to wrong things to ease the pain. But theres always a solution to do so. Never allow your pain to take control of you. You take control of your situation.
