This week we continue our trek through the world of Frank Herbert's Dune! After introducing the original 1984 adaptation to Adam last week, Brian and the group venture out of the Broken Clock Podcasts Studio and into the theaters for a special 50th episode IMAX viewing of the brand new Dune!

We discuss our thoughts on the filmmaker and cast as well as what we expect from the newest adaptation, and where we want to see changes from what came before. We also discuss the "Part One" nature of this film and whether we think it will lend itself to a complete movie. We then return home to break down the film and how we feel it achieves what it set out to do, and whether this is the best adaptation to date.
