Broken Girl Conversations

This is BGC’s very first visual episode where we have a Relationship Panel and the number 1 topic is “Would you Date you!?” We talk about triggers, dating, love, work husbands and social media.

This past week I was in a situation that triggered some emotions on the inside of me. Which in turn made me realize that I still had some residue in that area... so come and listen to me and the bestie dive into our own triggers.

I was a walking “delayed reaction”. I lived a life of suppression which caused me to hold on to my feelings and at one time I believed my feelings didn’t matter. So, I wouldn’t share how I “truly” felt about a situation. This caused me to be unhappy and unnecessary drama in my relationships. Come listen and join us in the discussion of delayed reactions!

This episode is near and dear to my heart because it is literally what happened to all of my adult relationships! I constantly had traumas and triggers rise up and cause huge issues. If you have untreated wounds (traumas), unforgiveness, bitterness, and hurt they are bound to come up somewhere!

This is a (Bonus) continuation of last weeks episode of cycles! In this episode, we really get to dive in a little deeper about our own individual cycles. I touch on my cycles with love, alcohol and toxic relationships!
