Broken Hour

The lead up to Henry's tournament and how he prepared himself physically and mentally. Not only does he fight an opponent but also his nerves. Friends and teammates watching can really put a person in a nervous position, but nonetheless Henry faces every challenge head on.

 First up we break the silence with some shit stories .....literal shit. Then we jump into the whole mask update and our view points and opinions.

We get the great pleasure of talking to the LFA Champ Victor Altamirano and his wife Emily. Talking about his training and why he loves to fight and then move to just chatting about what they like to do for fun. We greatly appreciate their time that they spent with us.

For celebrating his birthday a lil to hard Henry doesn’t remember anything from Friday night. I just recap with him how messed up he got and what happened.

Today we got a repeat guest Adam and his close friend J4Y, we were able to get to know Jay a bit more. It was just a good time vibing and talking about music and what goes into a 3 minute song is a lot of time and work

Unfortunately there are pretty pathetic people out there that just want to f up their ex's new relationship. Just blabbering about lies and just causing trust issues to arise for a new couple who started off strong and passionate. People that do that are just clowns.
