Whether emotionally, physically, spiritually or mentally; I know all women and MEN can relate to a time of feeling broken! The title is catchy af (thanks Issa! I LOVE YOU) and I hate to get so serious but now more than ever, self care is vital in creating a space for peace/ stability in our lives.
